The space
A fully outfitted open kitchen. You will find coffee maker, toaster, microwave,
dishwasher, and garbage disposal. All appliances are new. The kitchen island like the counters are granite and seats four.The Great room with its gas fireplace, large TV, and high ceiling is comfortably outfitted for relaxing and is perfect for cozy winter nights or taking the night off after a day of exploring. It has beautiful views of Rockport harbor as does the kitchen. Both the Great room and bedrooms have newly installed split units for cooling in the summer and heat in the winter. The heat mode adds to the comfort from the base board central heat.
